About Awareness Strategies Incorporated
Hello, it's me!
On my birthday in 2015, I woke up that morning depressed, sad, and anxious. How did my life get this way and was this what life was all about? Something had to change, I was not happy and I had nothing to look forward to. I realized the only thing I could change was me and that was when my journey began.
I am a Transformative Mentor. I call myself that because what I do with others, is more than coach, more than teach, I help others find their balance and their happiness and joy in life. I help them transform.
My Qualifications
As a Transformative Mentor, I have completed extensive training in areas such as Psychology, Goal Achievement, Consciousness Studies, Acceptance and Integration Training, Queer Competency, and I am an Erotic Blueprint Coach. With the variety of training, I am open and willing to discuss things that society stays away from discussing. This has been my area of interest and what I bring to those I work with.
My Approach
With multiple certificates in a variety of life aspects, I can help a person recognize areas in which they are strong and help identify where there needs to be improvement. We bring awareness to areas that need attention and bring tools and techniques to strengthen and make whole where there is need for the individual. It's time to unstuck our lives and live with the ability to make conscious choices about the experience the individual wants to have. Live the life they want to live!
My Specialities
I work with people to move past the blocks and barriers that exist to have the life they dream of. With Awareness Strategies, we find the truth of who they are for themselves so that they can be authentic.
I work in the areas that society tends to judge and look at with shame. The aspect of ourselves that has the greatest potential for pleasure, our sexuality, and evolution. This is where my specialty training brings value to the discussions.
